Who we are

Expert Training Group is a registered training organisation (RTO) and is authorised to issue students with nationally recognised training qualifications and statements of attainment in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.

Expert Training Group is a subsidiary of ExperienceCo, an adventure-based tourism company with the vision of becoming the largest and most respected adventure tourism company in the world. ExperienceCo offers adventure experiences in tandem skydiving, hot air ballooning, white water rafting, canyoning, sea kayaking, reef trip and much more to come.

Expert Training Group offers quality, nationally accredited courses designed to assist learners to gain qualifications and specialised skill sets to enhance employment opportunities and provide further education pathways. Expert Training Group has built a professional team of trainers who are not only qualified to the standards of the Australian Quality Framework (AQF) but are current specialists in the training they provide.

All training programs have been designed, developed and tailor made to address specific organisational skills gaps or staff development needs. Together with the preferred trainer, Expert Training Group will consult with you before and after training delivery to ensure expectations are met and desired outcomes are achieved. Expert Training Group  also provides flexible online delivery options for several identified units.

SIS20116 - Cert II in Tourism

Our Cert II in Tourism reflects the role of individuals who have defined and limited ranges of tourism operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision. This qualification provides a pathway to work in many tourism and travel industry sectors.
